your order and for ocassionally contacting you with updates.

| Making
A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just
browse our site, and select any items that you wish to buy and
put them into the shopping cart. Not all of our products are
available to order online so please contact us if you would
like something that doesnt display the "order online option".
After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and
you will be directed to the secure paypal site and asked for
a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
After your order is completed you will be returned to the fusion
site. We accept credit/debit card payment online but if you
would prefer to pay by cheque or cash please call us on 01592
769256 to place your order. In line with distance selling regulations
you have the right to a 7 day cooling off period should you
wish for any reason to cancel your order. |

Shipping
And Handling We will arrange courier delivery of your
items at a date and time convenient to you. However, if you
would prefer you can opt to collect your order from our studio
in Balbirnie Craft Centre, Markinch, Fife. Delivery for orders
placed via the website is only available to UK mainland locations.
We do deliver worldwide but delivery charges vary so, if you
would like a product delivered elsewhere please call us with
your order. Delivery Schedule All of our products
are made to order by hand. This means that you'll recieve them
typically 6-8 weeks from when we get your order depending on
what you've ordered and what we're already got on order. When
we get your order we'll confirm how long it's likely to take.
If you need it by a specific date please let us know and we'll
see what we can do. |
| Tax
No VAT will be charged on your
order. Security For your added security we
have opted to use the independent services of paypal to process
your credit card details. All credit card details are taken
via their site. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the
software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption on
the paypal website (www.paypal.com). They are not held in clear
text on any web site. |

| Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction and should one of our products
not reach you in perfect condition we will replace it. Returns
Policy All of our products leave in perfect condition
but should they be damaged in transit please keep all of the
packaging and let us know within 24 hours. Our products are
designed to last for years, but if you should have any problems
please contact us immediately. Remittance Terms
All orders must be paid for in full prior to delivery or collection.
All our products are hand made to order so any changes after
the order is confirmed will be charged for. |
