Shipping
And Handling We will arrange courier delivery of your
items at a date and time convenient to you. However, if you
would prefer you can opt to collect your order from our studio
in Balbirnie Craft Centre, Markinch, Fife. Delivery
Schedule All of our products are made to order by hand.
This means that you'll recieve them typically 6-8 weeks from
when we get your order depending on what you've ordered and
what we're already got on order. When we get your order we'll
confirm how long it's likely to take. If you need it by a specific
date please let us know and we'll see what we can do. |

No VAT will be charged on your

| Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction and should one of our products
not reach you in perfect condition we will replace it. Returns
Policy All of our products leave in perfect condition
but should they be damaged in transit please keep all of the
packaging and let us know within 24 hours. Our products are
designed to last for years, but if you should have any problems
please contact us immediately. Remittance Terms
All orders must be paid for in full prior to delivery or collection.
All our products are hand made to order so any changes after
